Electronic Warning Sign Case Study
What is an Intelligent High-Voltage Electronic Warning Device? Also known as an "electronic warning sign," this device is primarily used in locations requiring electric shock prevention warnings, such as transmission towers, power transmission and distribution substations, transformers, distribution cabinets, and construction sites. Its purpose is to proactively warn of "high-voltage electrical hazards," thereby preventing electric shock and damage to power facilities.
Transformers, distribution cabinets, utility poles, and other electrical facilities are common sights along our roadsides, surrounding residential areas, and within communities. Coexisting with these structures is unavoidable. Beyond our daily vigilance, intelligent warning systems are essential to minimize operational complications. Without them, potential tragedies could unfold.

Still shaken, to protect ourselves and others from the dangers posed by high-voltage electrical equipment, we should utilize safety warning electronic signage to alert people to potential hazards. As a technologically advanced warning tool, the smart high-voltage electronic warning device effectively reminds people of electrical safety risks.
The intelligent high-voltage electronic warning device integrates text warnings with electronic alerts. The equipment primarily consists of a warning sign, solar panel, loudspeaker, infrared sensor, RFID smart inspection unit, and integrated control circuit. The sign displays the large characters "DANGER: HIGH VOLTAGE" and features a flashing light strip combined with light-guiding material to emit warning flashes at night, alerting approaching people and vehicles to maintain a safe distance. Additionally, the infrared sensor module automatically detects approaching people or vehicles, triggering both audible and visual alerts. When the infrared human sensor is inactive, the system can be programmed to play pre-recorded voice prompts at set intervals.
