Defense Guide:

1. Government and relevant departments shall, according to their respective responsibilities, implement emergency preparedness measures against short-term heavy rainfall, lightning, and strong winds. Meteorological departments shall prepare for artificial hail suppression operations and conduct them as conditions permit.
