China possesses vast water areas spanning 4.7 million square kilometers, encompassing extensive maritime zones and intricate inland water systems. While these waters provide abundant resources, they also face frequent threats from natural disasters such as seasonal floods and sudden drowning incidents. Water safety incidents, like hidden undercurrents, continuously test the nation's emergency response capabilities and speed.

The self-righting lifeboat is specifically designed for flood control rescue operations, emergency response, and waterborne tasks, maintaining stable performance under extreme conditions. Its unique self-righting mechanism enables automatic recovery to normal sailing position even when capsized, significantly enhancing rescue safety and efficiency.

In flood rescue operations, lifeboats must not only possess powerful engines and durable structures to navigate complex and dynamic water environments, but also feature impact resistance, cut resistance, and abrasion resistance. Additionally, they must be equipped with advanced real-time positioning capabilities to ensure rapid location of disaster victims and swift rescue execution during emergencies.

This device is equipped with a high-power outboard engine of ≥40HP, providing robust propulsion. When the lifeboat encounters rough seas or capsizes, its self-righting design ensures it can automatically return to an upright position in stormy conditions. This safeguards the safety of those aboard and minimizes risks during rescue operations.

The high-efficiency inflation system completes inflation in a short time, ensuring the lifeboat can be rapidly deployed to respond to emergencies. Additionally, the entire vessel features 10 independent air chambers and a dual-chamber bottom design. Even if some chambers are damaged, sufficient buoyancy is maintained to ensure personnel safety.

During the 2023 coastal city floods, multiple areas were submerged, trapping many residents in their homes awaiting rescue. Local rescue teams deployed self-righting lifeboats to the hardest-hit zones. While ordinary rescue boats struggled to navigate the swift currents, the self-righting lifeboats successfully traversed the floodwaters to reach disaster areas thanks to their powerful engines and exceptional stability. At one point, the boat encountered strong currents that caused it to list, but its self-righting capability swiftly restored stability. Rescue personnel successfully evacuated multiple residents stranded on rooftops and transported them safely to evacuation centers.
