Conventional single-line online monitoring devices—addressing issues only when they arise—no longer meet today's surveillance demands. To address this, our company has introduced a comprehensive online monitoring system for transmission lines. Through this integrated monitoring device and intelligent platform, personnel can conduct real-time, all-around monitoring and early warning for transmission lines within their jurisdiction.

II. Working Principle

The Comprehensive Online Monitoring Device for Transmission Lines is an integrated system combining multi-parameter, multi-dimensional sensor data collection with AI-powered intelligent analysis, hardware equipment, and software management systems. It enables comprehensive monitoring of video, imagery, wildfire prevention, laser-based external damage detection, icing, micro-meteorology, tower inclination, clamp temperature, sagging, bolt loosening, and stress. Data is transmitted via 4G/5G/WiFi/OPGW fiber networks to the Holographic Interconnected Monitoring Center. This enables comprehensive, visual, and intelligent monitoring of both the high-voltage transmission line itself and its corridor, realizing digital twin applications for transmission lines and ensuring their safe and stable operation.

1. Basic Configuration for Comprehensive Monitoring: Master Control Unit, Video Monitoring Unit, Dual-Spectrum Infrared Wildfire Monitoring Device, Laser-Based Anti-External Damage Monitoring Device, Micro-meteorological Monitoring Device, Tower Tilt Monitoring Device, Communication System.

4. Starlight Night Vision Full-Color Patrol: Industrial-grade ultra-starlight night vision with sensitivity as low as 0.001Lux. Fearless in darkness, it still shines brightly.

8. Massive Edge Data Aggregation: Diverse interfaces including 4G/5G/WiFi/OPGW fiber networks enable the aggregation of edge-side status sensing data.

9. Comprehensive Perception Visual Monitoring: Through AI-powered comprehensive analysis and an integrated system combining hardware devices with software management, this integrated solution enables holistic monitoring of video feeds, imagery, wildfire prevention, laser intrusion detection, icing conditions, micro-meteorological data, tower inclination, clamp temperatures, swaying, sag, bolt loosening, and stress levels. Measurement results are transmitted via communication networks to the condition monitoring proxy or condition monitoring master station.

10. Continuous Power Supply: The integrated power system utilizes monocrystalline silicon solar panels to provide electricity, ensuring the device can operate normally for 15 days without sunlight.
