I. Requirements Analysis

With the development of urban infrastructure such as elevated bridges, subways, highways, and other city-wide construction projects, an increasing number of large-scale machinery are operating beneath the already densely crisscrossed overhead power lines. Equipment including heavy machinery, aerial work platforms, tower cranes, cranes, hoists, and passing large vehicles are highly susceptible to accidents due to limited visibility for operators. These incidents often result in contact with high-voltage lines, leading to catastrophic damage to machinery and loss of life.

II. Working Principle

The equipment consists of two components: a front-end detection device mounted on the tower crane boom and an intelligent early warning system installed in the operator's cab. The front-end detection system can be configured with a voltage threshold and distance setting. Upon detecting high voltage, it immediately transmits an alarm signal to the warning terminal, alerting the operator to maintain a safe distance from the high-voltage line and proceed with caution during operations.

III. Features and Functions

1. Upon detecting a high-voltage signal, the detection unit transmits the signal to the smart early warning host via 2.4 GHz wireless communication.

2. Upon receiving this signal, the host system activates its alarm and emits a warning tone stating "High voltage hazard, keep away" to alert the operator.

3. Simple installation: The device features built-in magnets that attach to the vehicle wall and can also be secured with wire.
