According to statistics from the State Forestry Administration, China experiences an average of over 10,000 forest fires annually, consuming approximately 5 to 8 percent of the nation's total forest area. Given the sudden, unpredictable nature of forest fires and their capacity to inflict massive damage within a short timeframe, the swift detection and suppression of wildfires have become the paramount priority in forest fire prevention.

Once a fire alarm is triggered, firefighting measures must be implemented with extreme speed. The timeliness of response and the appropriateness of decisions hinge critically on whether the wildfire behavior is detected promptly, analyzed accurately and reasonably, and addressed with effective countermeasures. Consequently, both domestic and international efforts are focused on preventing, reducing, and controlling forest fires. To achieve the standardization, scientific advancement, and informatization of forest fire prevention work at the earliest opportunity, we must implement the principle of "prioritizing prevention while actively fighting fires," ensuring early detection and early resolution.

The Forest Fire Prevention Management Plan employs a grid-based checkpoint deployment system across designated areas, prioritizing proactive awareness campaigns and prevention over suppression. Upon detecting a fire alarm, the system delivers real-time alerts, enables rapid command and deployment, and coordinates firefighters, firefighting equipment, water collection points, and fire trucks for swift response. This ensures effective and timely protection of national and public life and property.
