Shenzhen Dingyue Safety Technology Co., Ltd.'s aviation warning ball, also known as the high-voltage line anti-collision warning ball, is suitable for overhead transmission lines near airports, particularly ultra-high voltage (220kV and above) transmission cables and river-crossing transmission cables. Prominent aviation marker balls (aviation warning balls) should be installed along the lines to provide warning markers.

Aviation Marking Ball (Aviation Warning Ball) diameter ф=600mm. The sphere can be manufactured in various vibrant colors: solid white, solid orange, solid red, orange-white two-tone, or orange-red two-tone. The sphere material is engineering reinforced plastic. The aviation warning ball and the line clamp for high-voltage cables are cast aluminum components, with stainless steel fasteners. The ball weighs approximately 15kg.

Features:

1. Audible and Visual Alarm: This product operates at the same potential as the live circuit, ensuring simple and reliable use without compromising the safe operation of the installed circuit. When power is present, the device's LED flashes; when power is absent, the LED remains steady.

2. Long service life and excellent performance: This product employs anti-corrosion and anti-rust technology, maintaining consistent performance under complex climatic conditions such as rain, snow, ice, and oil exposure. It boasts a long service life and outstanding performance.

3. Detection Range: This product has a detection range of 3-6 meters, factory-adjustable, with an alarm sound exceeding 95 dB.

4. Scope of Application: This product is suitable for transmission lines ranging from 10kV to 500kV, offering broad applicability.

Installation Method:

1. Marker balls (high-voltage line anti-collision warning balls) shall be installed on the steel cables of overhead tower lightning protection grounding conductors. The spacing between each marker ball shall not exceed 30 meters, with equal spacing maintained.

2. Marker balls (high-voltage line anti-collision warning balls) are available in white and orange, and should be installed alternately.

3. In situations involving multiple wires, cables, or similar structures, warning balls (high-voltage line anti-collision warning balls) shall be positioned at a height no lower than that of the overhead lines they mark.
